SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

American Submission orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. SHIPPING

Standard U.S. delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after the carrier receives your package. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING

We currently offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $60 or more.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at americansubmission@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at americansubmission@gmail.com and we will help you determine the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
